As a thank-you for this loyalty, Van Hool received a cutaway model of the ROADSTAR compressor.
“It truly is a unique gift because it’s the first cutaway model of a six-cylinder compressor we’ve ever made,” explains Patrick Illgen, Market Sector Manager for Buses at BITZER. He traveled to Belgium to present the gift in person at the Van Hool headquarters in Koningshooikt near Antwerp. “It’s our way of saying thank you for the successful business relationship with our customers Eberspächer Sütrak and Van Hool over the years,” says Illgen. Eberspächer is one of the world’s leading developers and suppliers of air conditioning systems for buses.
The 6NFC model of BITZER’s ROADSTAR reciprocating compressor is exceptionally light, compact and can cope with the challenges of any climate. The cutaway model is not only an expression of the successful business relationships, but also serves as a visual for training courses at the Van Hool training centre.
