With 29.04 percent of votes, Kögel only missed second place by 5.88 percent. Managing Director Petra Adrianowytsch accepted the trophy on behalf of Kögel with Oliver Dietrich, Head of Sales DACH.
This was the second time that readers and experts were given the opportunity to vote. Over 260 brands were listed in a total of eleven categories. They were the brands that achieve the highest sales in Germany and are relevant for the market. The brands were nominated by an independent committee chaired by Prof. Dr. Christian Kille of Würzburg-Schweinfurt University. In total, 853 readers and experts participated in this representative opinion survey. Each participant had to vote in at least nine of the eleven categories. Altogether 29,709 votes were cast.
“The readers, industry experts and our customers can see the Kögel brand on the podium among trailer and body manufacturers and I would like to thank them for that,” said Petra Adrianowytsch, Managing Director of Kögel. “We are particularly pleased that we were only just behind the company in second place by a very small margin and that, as a brand, Kögel has the kind of standing in the industry that we like to see.”
