A Family Day event welcomed over 1,200 employees and their families, featuring a display of more than 40 vehicles and engines that trace the plant’s legacy from agricultural innovation in the 19th century to cutting-edge powertrain production today.
The Bourbon-Lancy plant, a key facility in FPT Industrial’s global network, is recognized for producing the iconic CURSOR engine series and was awarded World Class Manufacturing Gold Level in 2021. It also plays a vital role in the Iveco Group’s decarbonization efforts with the XCURSOR 13, the brand’s first multi-fuel engine.
Sylvain Blaise, President of the Powertrain Business Unit at Iveco Group, highlighted the plant as “a true manifesto of FPT Industrial’s excellence,” driven by the passion and expertise of its workforce.
With over 8,000 employees across ten production sites globally, FPT Industrial continues to lead in advanced, sustainable powertrain solutions.
