Takeovers expand the SAF-HOLLAND Group
The expanded SAF-HOLLAND Group is another topic for the supplier of commercial vehicle parts at IAA. In 2018, the company acquired the majority stake in the Asian York Group, the Italian coupling expert V.ORLANDI and the British telematics and connectivity specialist Axscend. This allows SAF-HOLLAND to expand its international presence and strengthen its competence in coupling systems and digital solutions. The SAF-HOLLAND Group will be able to make better use of synergies in the future and further increase the quality of its products and services. SAF-HOLLAND and V.ORLANDI have already come closer together
at IAA, literally: The two stands are directly opposite each other.
