BITZER is reacting to the need for electromobility and will inform interested parties about its planned measures at Busworld Europe 2019. Oliver Rathfelder, Director Sales Transport at BITZER, confirms: “The bus industry is moving so fast, especially with regard to electrification, that everybody is constantly working on new developments. BITZER is currently developing new SPEEDLITE scroll compressors for use in electric buses. They will maximise the range of electric buses and be adapted to the refrigerants of the future. In addition to improved efficiency, the new refrigeration compressors will also offer high heat pump suitability and thus enable the highly efficient heating of electric buses. Already now the SPEEDLITE series convinces with its compact dimensions and low weight.
