Following the record-breaking 2023 edition, which welcomed over 40,000 professional visitors, the 2025 show is set to be even bigger. Exhibition space has expanded from 75,000 to 82,000 m², and with nearly 550 exhibitors confirmed, the event is already fully booked. Attendees can expect innovations spanning zero-emission drivetrains, autonomous technology, interiors, software, and aftersales solutions.
Vehicle Manufacturers to Unveil World Premieres
With 85 bus and coach builders confirmed, Busworld Europe 2025 will feature city buses, intercity and long-distance coaches, midibuses, minibuses, VIP shuttles, and autonomous models. Highlights include:

Expanding the Scope: Parts, Components & Services
Beyond vehicles, Busworld Europe 2025 will spotlight the entire ecosystem — from HVAC and electronics to software and maintenance. Exhibitors like Eberspächer will debut advanced thermal management solutions, including propane-based AC units for alternative drivetrains.
A major digital milestone will also debut: Busworld Plaza, a new online platform connecting the global Busworld network between physical editions.
Conferences: From Policy to Practice
Running alongside the exhibition, the Busworld Congress (6–7 October) will cover five key tracks, including digital mobility solutions, safety, future of long-distance coach travel, socio-economic impacts, and public transport management. Confirmed speakers include representatives from the European Commission, POLIS, ERTICO, and leading manufacturers.
The Zero Emission Bus (ZEB) Conference (8–9 October) will focus on decarbonization strategies, covering technology, policy, and operational readiness.
