MAN Truck & Bus and Borussia Mönchengladbach remain on a joint course for success: at an event held at the ista Borussia-Park, the club and its premium partner signed a contract extending their cooperation until 2028. MAN Truck & Bus has been associated with the “Foals” since 2012 – a partnership that is now entering its next chapter.
The commitment extends well beyond the MAN Lion’s Coach serving as the team coach. Borussia Mönchengladbach’s vehicle fleet also includes 25 MAN TGE Combi vehicles. These are used primarily by the youth teams, but are also deployed for trips to training camps or away matches.

With our team coach and TGE fleet, we ensure that both the professionals and the youth players reach their destination safely, comfortably and reliably at all times. We are delighted to be continuing this successful journey together until 2028,” said Dennis Affeld, Chairman of the Management Board of MAN Truck & Bus Deutschland, on the occasion of the contract extension.
Borussia Mönchengladbach is also placing its trust in continuity: “Long-term partnerships are a particular sign of mutual trust in professional sport. In the coming years too, a MAN Lion’s Coach will reliably transport the Borussia Mönchengladbach team to home and away matches. The focus here is on the highest level of comfort: the team coach not only impresses with sophisticated technology, its distinctive design and comprehensive safety and assistance systems, but its extensive interior fittings also provide the professionals with the right environment in which to focus before kick-off and recover after the match.
