At Kögel Stand A211 in Hall 2: The Kögel Trucker Trailer (KTT) and the Kögel Trucker Tipper (KTT)
At its exhibition stand, Kögel will be using the two KTT models for the forwarding and construction industry to demonstrate the results of a questionnaire given to professional drivers at the Truck Grand Prix, the Wolfsmeile festival, and at motorway service stations. The questionnaire asked what makes the perfect trailer for truckers. For Nufam 2019, the exhibited Kögel Trucker Trailer, based on the payload-optimised and weight-optimised frame and body of the NOVUM-generation Kögel Lightplus, will be equipped with the Kögel FastSlider quick opening and closing system. In addition to responding to driver requirements for shorter loading times, Kögel has also made loading and unloading faster, simpler and safer. Many other optional helpful functions round off the NOVUM-generation trailer, which has been adapted in line with driver requirements.
Like the similarly named Kögel Trucker Trailer, the Kögel Trucker Tipper has been optimised in line with the requirements of drivers using custom equipment. A high degree of user-friendliness in day-to-day use and an increased payload are the main focal points of this tipper trailer. This KTT is based on the payload-optimised and weight-optimised frame, and a tipper trough made from a clever matrix material. The 3-axle tipper trailer with 24 m³ loading volume is the variant with a 4-mm-thick floor, made of tempered Hardox 450 steel, side walls made of a highly wear-resistant, 5-mm-thick aluminium sheet, and a back wall made from the same highly resistant material with a thickness of 7 mm.
Outside Hall 2: The Kögel Cool – PurFerro quality and the Kögel Cargo Black Edition 2019
Outside, visitors will be able to view the Kögel Cool – PurFerro quality exhibit, a refrigerated box trailer adapted in line with the special market requirements for the transport of fresh goods, frozen goods and pharmaceutical products. Thanks to a broad range of special equipment options, the trailer offers a high degree of customisation to specific customer requirements.
A further special eye-catcher at the fair is the limited Black Edition 2019 of the NOVUM-generation Kögel Cargo. Number 95 of a total of 100 Black Edition trailers, it has impressively extensive equipment, as well as striking black elements such as the tarpaulins, lamp holders and roof frill. Its equipment includes a lift axle, aluminium rims, a 24-place and 8-place pallet storage box, interior lighting, flashing side marker lights and much more.
